6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur:

• Interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts
• Suspension of services until payment is received

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

3. Arbitration/Litigation: Unresolved disputes may be submitted to courts in Delta State, Nigeria

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent

Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
